Our BROKER has been practicing real estate in the Ocean City area since 1984. She has spent this time building relationships with owners who have desired to be part of the Ocean City summer rental investments market. She possesses expert knowledge of the sales and rental markets in our area. She is a licensed BROKER in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.
Because of the success of these relationships she became involved in sales, which would lead to her obtaining her brokers licence and starting her own business. With over 35+ years experience in Ocean City, Maryland and is a licensed BROKER in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia, welcome to Beach Real Estate.

Steve has been working with Joanna as a team since 1997. The team has been an award winning producer from 1999-2006. Extensive knowledge of both the primary and vacation property market allow him to provide excellent service for your real estate needs. Steve has 20+ years of experience as an agent and has in depth knowledge of both the primary residential and vacation rental property markets. Steve is licensed in Maryland.

Adrienne was raised on the western shore and has spent her childhood summers in Ocean City, MD, since 1976. A graduate of Towson University and Georgetown University, she has worked in law offices and negotiated business transactions. She permanently relocated to the Lower Shore in 2006, where she pursued a career in real estate. Has lived in Worcester and Wicomico counties and is knowledgeable of the region’s markets.
